Accused Rockville Courthouse Drug User Wanted By State Cops

A woman accused of shooting up outside Rockville Superior Court with children in her car is being sought by state police.

VERNON, CT — A woman accused of shooting up drugs and overdosing at the Rockville Superior Court complex with children in her car is being sought by state police.

The latest edition of the state police "Wanted Wednesday" series features a poster of 28-year-old Amber Crisp, who, in 2017, was found passed out in a car inside the courthouse parking garage. She had injected herself with "an unknown amount of opiate," and troopers had to revive her with Naloxone, according to case records.

Two children were found unsecured in the vehicle, which was littered with uncapped needles and other drug paraphernalia, according to case records.

Crisp was charged risk of injury to a minor and has been on the lam on a $10,000 bond, state police said.
