Driver Involved in Vehicular Pinball Incident At Vernon Apartment Complex Facing Pair Of Charges: Police

VERNON, CT — A 43-year-old Vernon woman was to be arraigned in Rockville Superior Court Monday in a case of vehicular pinball at a local apartment complex, an arrest report shows.

The case dates back to April 4, when Vernon police went to the Springville Mill apartment complex at 155 West Main St. after receiving reports about one car crashing into other vehicles in the parking lot, according to an arrest report.

The vehicle fled the scene, but was tracked down near the driver's residence on the 100 block of Prospect Street, according to an arrest report.

The 43-year-old driver of the aggressive car was determined to be be drunk and she was subsequently charged with driving under the influence and evading responsibility, according top an arrest report.
