When a resident did not acknowledge her demands to come outside, Rose pushed a window-mounted air conditioner inside the apartment, which then injured an occupant's ankle, according to an arrest report.

Rosa then backed her vehicle into a resident's vehicle and fled the scene, according to an arrest report.

She was located a short time later, arrested, and charged with first-degree criminal mischief, attempted first-degree burglary, reckless driving, second-degree criminal trespass, evading responsibility, second-degree breach of peace and disorderly conduct.

Her bond was set at $25,000 with an arraignment slated for Monday.
