VERNON, CT — Four people were arrested following a roadway fight in Vernon, police said.
According to an incident report, on Monday at 1:02 p.m., Vernon police responded to the area of 32 Vernon
Avenue for a report of multiple individuals fighting in the street. When they arrived at the scene, officers indeed located several people involved in the disturbance, some armed with weapons that included a machete and a shovel, according to an incident report.
Vernon EMS responded to evaluate those involved, and all parties refused medical treatment, police said.
