According to an arrest report, an officer on routine patrol encountered a running vehicle a the tower when driving through Henry Park.

The driver, identified as Robert Bishun, a 19-year-old from Berlin, was located asleep in the driver's seat, according to an arrest report.

A female passenger was asleep in the back seat, according to an arrest report.

Trouble was, he was not supposed to be with her, according to a trio of court-issued protective orders, police said. The park also closes at dusk.

Judicial system records indicate the protective orders originated with an April arrest.
