Angry Plumber Accused Of Throwing Putty After Canceled Job
An angry plumber is accused of getting even for a canceled job at a Tolland home, state police said.

TOLLAND, CT — An angry plumber is accused of throwing putty on both a car and home in retailiation for a canceled job in Tolland, state police said.
State police this week arrested 67-year-old Bruce Georgiades, of Manchester for the August incident, according to a warrant. He was charged with third-degre criminal mischief and is due in court on Dec. 11, according to records.
According to a warrant, a Tolland resident needed a plumber to fix a toilet at her Goose Lane home. She found Georgiades on Craigs List and sent him a text message about the job, according to a warrant.

He then came to the house for an estimate, according to a warrant.
The resident canceled the job the day is was supposed to take place and Georgiades demanded a fee for his time, according to a warrant.

A short time later, the resident came home to a white substance splattered on a deck, a door handle and car at her residence. It reembled paint at first, but it was later discovered to be plumbing putty, according to a warrant.
Georgiades told state police is was in retaliation for the job being canceled, according to a warrant.
