The normal price of 24 cents each was already a bargain, but on Sunday, they were going for just a nickel and a penny.
And they are made in the U.S.A. and distributed by Esselte Office Supplies of Melville, NY.
The folders are on most suggested supply lists for the Vernon public schools.
