VERNON, CT — A store attached to a busy gas station in Vernon has sold a big-winning scratch ticket in the CT Lottery.
On Thursday, an unnamed winner from Vernon cashed in a ticket from the "Money" game worth $25,000.
The ticket was purchased at the Total Express gas station at 24 West St.
