Booth Space Still Available at Chamber Event

Tag sale booths are still available for next week's Tolland County Chamber of Commerce Treasures or Trinkets event.

Treasures or Trinkets features appraisals, tag sales and a flea market, and is scheduled for Saturday, Sept., 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Tolland County Agricultural Center, 24 Hyde Ave. (Route 30), in Vernon.

The highlight of the event is the opportunity to find out whether that item that item you have always been curious about is a treasure or a trinket. The chamber has lined up a panel of experts so the public can get in line to get an inexpensive appraisal.

The cost to get an item appraised will be $10.Another unique offering at the show will be a car seat check by Vernon Emergency Services.
