Event Details
Finex Credit Union will host a Shred Day on Saturday, September 19, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at its Vernon branch, located at 60 Hyde Avenue, Vernon, CT. The event is open to the public.
The event will give community members an opportunity to securely dispose of sensitive documents in a safe and convenient way. Attendees may bring up to three boxes of paper documents per person. Only paper documents will be accepted for shredding.
In addition to shredding services, Finex will also be accepting non-perishable food donations for Hockanum Valley Community Council Food Pantry during the event.
Finex invites community members to stop by with documents to shred and, if they are able, bring a non-perishable food item to donate.
