Park Hike, Museum Tour at Valley Falls

The Northern CT Land Trust and the Friends of Valley Falls, will host a free event that includes a 90-minute hike to Echo Ridge at Valley Falls Park, followed by cider and refreshments at the Heritage Center and Museum. Hike led by Karl Hasel starts at 1 pm; refreshments and museum tour at 2:30 pm. Museum tour includes six historical buildings that once served as a gentleman’s farm. Buildings filled with items found on the property that tell the story of families once living on the farm. Park located at 300 Valley Falls Rd. Vernon; Heritage Center at 345 Valley Falls Rd.
