American International College, Springfield MA

• Ashley Barile, of Vernon, has been inducted into the Alpha Chi Honor Society at American International College (AIC) in Springfield, MA. Alpha Chi is the prestigious national honor society that accepts only the top 10% of juniors and seniors in all academic fields. It recognizes and promotes scholarship and the elements of character that make scholarship effective for good. Barile, majoring in Health Science, is a member of the Class of 2021. Established in 1949, this is the 70th anniversary of the Massachusetts Chapter of Alpha Chi at AIC.

Cedarville University, Cedarville OH

• Daniel Tedone, a Biblical Studies major from Vernon, was named to the Dean's List at Cedarville University. This recognition required Tedone to maintain a 3.5 minimum GPA and carry at least 12 credit hours for the spring 2019 semester.
