Community Sunrise Easter Service Slated In Vernon

VERNON, CT — A community service is scheduled for sunrise on Easter morning in Vernon.

The Christian community of Vernon and the surrounding area will be gathering on April 9 at Henry Park's Fox Hill Tower for the Easter "Son-Rise" service.

All local clergy are being invited to participate and the service is open to all community members.

Participants will gather to worship at 6 a.m. at the tower. Henry Park is located at 120 South St. in Vernon.
