Cops: Diners in 'Vulgar' Group Clash With Other Customers At Vernon Denny's

The were told to quiet down, but refused, police said.

VERNON, CT - A Manchester man was one of two Denny's patrons who had their desserts in the police lockup after a brawl early Sunday morning at the Vernon Circle restaurant.

David Perron, 27 of 215 Keeney St., Manchester, and Andrae Green, 27, of 12 Talcottview Drive. Bloomfield, were arrested at 2:51 a.m., police said.

According to arrest reports, the two were part of a group having loud, vulgar conversations inside the restaurant, police said. They were told to quiet down by restaurant staffers, but refused, according to arrest reports. Eventually another customer told them to stop and a melee broke out, police said.

Police arrived and had to handcuff both men to calm them down, according to arrest reports.

Both were charged with interfering and police added a breach of peace charge to Perron, according to arrest reports.

The both posted $1,000 bonds are are due in Rockville Superior Court on June 14, police said.
