Cornerstone Hosting 12th-Annual Back To School Boutique For Area Students
The free event at Cornerstone in Vernon will provide clothing, shoes and hygiene items to students in need from three towns.
VERNON, CT — Cornerstone will hold its 12th annual Back to School Boutique this month, offering free clothing, footwear, accessories and hygiene items to students from Vernon, Ellington and Tolland as families prepare for the new school year.
The event will take place at 1C Prospect St. in Vernon on the following dates and times:
- Friday, Aug. 7, from 4 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 8, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
- Thursday, Aug. 13, from 4 to 6 p.m.
- Friday, Aug. 14, from 4 to 7 p.m.
- Saturday, Aug. 15, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
According to the event announcement, the boutique is open to students from Vernon, Ellington and Tolland. Families will be able to receive clothing, footwear, accessories and hygiene items at no cost.
