Couple Leaves Vernon Strip Joint Lot, Winds Up With Drug Charges

Two people are facing drug-related charges ​after being caught with narcotics after leaving a Vernon strip joint parking lot, police said.

VERNON, CT — Two people are facing drug-related charges after being caught with narcotics after leaving a Vernon strip joint parking lot, police said.

Anthony Lee Bagley, 24, of Hartford and 26-year-old Jazmine Tyler, of Brooklyn, CT, were arrested after an officer noticed a lane violation and pulled their car over, according to a case report . Bagley told police he had picked up Tyler at Lucky's on Route 83, where she worked, and was bringing her home, according to a case report.

Bagley had in the car crack cocaine, a digital scale and a "large amount of cash," according to a case report.
Tyler was charged with possession of a controlled substance, according to an arrest report.
