According to a police report, Armstrong was looking for a dog she was sitting for around the home, when, in fact, the dog was still at the house. That led to an argument with Rogers at first, then a fight broke out that required an ambulance to be sent to the home, according to a report.
Both were charged at Rockville general Hospital, police said.
