Driver Clocked At 107 MPH On Highway Vernon

VERNON, CT — A man is facing two criminal charges after being clocked at 107 MPH along a stretch of Interstate-84 in Vernon, state police said.

Di Quoc Tran, 31, of Lynn, MA, was caught near Exit 66 at 9:25 p.m. by a trooper on patrol, accordin g t o a report.

He was charged with reckless driving and improper passing.
