Collette Berube, owner of LaBrioche French Bakery, teenager during WWII, grew up in France, dirt poor, is a business woman for over 60 years. Now runs a bakery on Ward St, in Rockville. Neighbor doesn't bother her. Took 2 days off for a heart attack Gives away loaves & loaves of bread to the people in need. Yes the pastry is tasty. Teaches classes in baking with all organic ingredients & also teaches French to Rockville High students.
