The Prayer Shawl Ministry meets once a month to create prayer shawls. These shawls may be given for any occasion, such as marriage, birth of a child, welcome to the family and other milestones as well as to those in need of comfort. The group meets in the Church Hall of St. Bernard Church.
The group invites all those who enjoy knitting and/or crocheting to consider joining the Prayer Shawl Ministry. Instructions for the shawls will be provided, but please bring yarn, knitting needles (size 10 to 11), or a crochet hook, size M or N.

No experience in knitting or crocheting is necessary. The group will gladly teach you.
