VERNON, CT — The American Red Cross is helping one family – five adults and one child — after a fire Thursday afternoon on Dobson Road in Vernon.
The Red Cross provided assistance to meet the family's immediate needs.
The fire broke out on Thursday at about 3:30 p.m.
