VERNON, CT — A 23-year-old Hartford man is in custody on three warrants accusing him of indecent exposure in Vernon.

On Wednesday morning, Joshua Sylvester surrendered in the Vernon Police Department lobby. He was charged with public indecency and second-degree breach of peace on all three warrants, records show.

Sylvester was initially held on bonds totaling $30,000, or $10,000 for each, and appeared in Rockville Superior Court later in the day. The bonds were reduced to $7,500 for each warrant, which Sylvester did not post, according to judicial system records. He is due back before a judge on Nov. 15.
