  • 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.

Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 cups, lightly cooked and drained yellow squash and zucchini
  • 1 cup, chopped onion
  • 1 can, cream of celery soup
  • 1 cup, shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick, melted butter
  • 1 cup, grated carrot
  • Small package, stuffing mix
  • Half-cup, sour cream

Directions

  • Combine melted butter with stuffing mix
  • Combine all other ingredients (saving a quarter-cup of cheddar cheese)
  • Combine the ingredients with half the the stuffing mix
  • Pour into baking pan
  • Top with remaining stuffing mix and cheese
