- 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Ingredients
- 3 to 4 cups, lightly cooked and drained yellow squash and zucchini
- 1 cup, chopped onion
- 1 can, cream of celery soup
- 1 cup, shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 stick, melted butter
- 1 cup, grated carrot
- Small package, stuffing mix
- Half-cup, sour cream
Directions
- Combine melted butter with stuffing mix
- Combine all other ingredients (saving a quarter-cup of cheddar cheese)
- Combine the ingredients with half the the stuffing mix
- Pour into baking pan
- Top with remaining stuffing mix and cheese
