Henry Park Heckler Facing Criminal Charges: Vernon Police
A Manchester resident was arrested after a verbal altercation turned physical at a park in Vernon, police said.

VERNON, CT — A heckler at Henry Park has been charged after an incident last week, Vernon police said.
The incident took place at 5:22 p.m. on Sept. 3, according to an arrest report released this week.
According to the report, a 20-year-old Manchester Man yelled what police termed "an inappropriate comment" toward a group of youths near the Fox Hill Tower at Henry Park. The 20-year-old then "attacked" an adult who confronted him about the comment, according to the report.

The 20-year-old was subsequently arrested and charged with third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
He is due in Rockville Superior on Sept. 17, records show.
