VERNON, CT — Two barbershops are now being operated by two bothers four doors apart in the Downtown Rockville section of Vernon.
Sam Flint, one of the brothers, said he simply opened a new shop Monday.
Both shops are on West Main Street across from Central Park and Vernon Town Hall. Sam Flint said he could have his new shop open by Tuesday after a health inspector visit on Monday. He took over a vacancy that used to house a convenience store and turned it into a barbershop. He likened to move to a house flip.
