The single biggest issue in town is ______, and I plan to do this about it:

The Covid 19 pandemic has caused a serious problem for all. I will continue to work with colleagues to address concerns and advance remedies for benefiting town and all residents as we recover from the pandemic.

Critical differences between me and my opponents:

As a lifelong resident of Vernon, and a 37-year employee of the Town of Vernon, I know the town on an institutional knowledge basis. I also know many residents and their families on a first name basis from grandparent to grand kids through sports, education, and and many other activities.

Accomplishments:

As a member of the Municipal Flood and Erosion Board, I used my knowledge of the town to assist MFEB board address concerns. This has resulted in many projects that include bridge replacements, and sidewalk replacements etc. This process of forward progress is ongoing.

Other issues:

Being available to assist the residents is a job I take seriously. Lower taxes, safer streets, and and better schools are hallmarks and accomplishments of the Champagne administration.

What else would you like voters to know about you?

I frequently receive communication from constituents regarding various concerns. I converse and and meet with constituent to assist them. I provide them with proactive information that can address their concerns.
