Keep In Touch, a deep-rooted, community-minded marketing and media business based at 30 Lafayette Square, will celebrate its 35th anniversary on July 1. In making the announcement, founder and president Drew Crandall thanked all of the firm’s clients, employees and suppliers for their valuable contributions to the success and longevity of the business.

In 1988, Keep In Touch was incubated inside Copytex, a copier dealer in the Tolland Business Park. In 1990, the firm moved to its own offices next door and hired its first employees, before moving to its current location in 1994.

“According to the Small Business Administration and U.S. Department of Labor,” says Crandall, "there are approximately 32 million small businesses in the United States, which account for about 66% of net jobs created since 1996. Only a very small percentage of these firms reach the 35-year mark."
