Labor Day Trash And Recycling Schedule Posted In Vernon
Labor Day is changing the pickup schedule in Vernon.
VERNON, CT — The Vernon Public Works Department will be closed on Monday in observance of Labor Day.
Trash and recycling will not be collected on that day but instead will be collected Tuesday along with that day's normal collection.
If delays occur, residents should keep carts out at the curb, officials said.
