The Latest State Police/Troop C Arrests

Here are the latest arrests made by state police out of the Troop C barracks.

STAFFORD, CT — James Cabral, 53, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree assault and disorderly conduct.

STAFFORD, CT — Robert M. Wutsch III, of Stafford, was charged with disorderly conduct, third-degree assault, second-degree threatening, third-degree strangulation and first-degree unlawful restraint.

June 3

VERNON, CT — Bacillio Fernandez, 26, of Meriden, was charged with transporting children 2-5 without the proper restrtaints, operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of a marker plate, reckless driving, improper passing, engaging police in a pursuit, driving without a license, risk of injury to a child, interfering with police and second-degree reckless endangerment.

STAFFORD, CT — Kelsea Leavitt, 22, of Stafford, was charged with three counts of probation violation.

ELLINGTON, CT — David Jerome, 33, of Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct and third-degree assault.
