TOLLAND, CT - Garrett Eastman, 23, of 168 Hilliard St., Manchester, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to drive in the proper lane at 8:59 p.m., state police said. He was arrested after an accident on Old Post Road, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT - State police are investigating the theft of power equipment from several out buildings on a pleasant Valley Road parcel. The theft took place between 9 p.m. on May 25 and 8 a.m. May 26, state police said. Anyone whio may have witnessed the crime can call state police at 860-896-3222.

VERNON, CT - A Wethersfield man was arrested after being clocked at 104 MPH on a stretch of Interstate-84, state police said. Ryan O'Keefe, 22, of 193 Brimfield Road, Wethersfield, was traveling from Manchester into Vernon in a 2013 Honda accord at 6:35 a.m. Thursday when he was snagged by speed enforcement laser equipment doing 104 mph in the high occupancy vehicle lane, state police said. He was charged with the HOV violation, reckless driving and driving while under suspension, state police said.

ELLINGTON, CT - Michael Canavan, 50, of 9 Jacobs Hill Road, Ellington, was charged with first-degree stalking, violating a protective order and threatening after a domestic dispute at 6:37 a.m., state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT - At 6:14 p.m., Anthony Marciana, 55, was charged with fraudulently obtaining drugs after surrendering on a warrant, state police said.

ELLINGTON, CT - Kristyn Lemon, 25, of 90 Hoffman Road, Ellington, was arrested on fugitive charges at 4:02 p.m., state police said. She was wanted in Massachusetts, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT - At 6:14 p.m., Melanie Carducci, 33, of 95 Lakewood Drive, Coventry, was charged with obtaining drugs by fraud, state police said. A warrant had been issued for her arrest, state police said.

ELLINGTON, CT - Marquez Velasquez, 18, of 12 West Road, Ellington, was charged with breach of peace and threatening at 10:49 a.m. on Maple Street, state police said. The charges were from an incident at Ellington High School, state police said.

ELLINGTON, CT - At 7:40 a.m., Michael Canavan, 50, of 9 Jacobs Hill Road, Ellington, was charged with disorderly conduct, interfering with an emergency call and second-degree threatening., state police said. He was involved in a domestic dispute on his road, state police said.

MANSFIELD, CT - At 4:03 p.m., Dean Ensling, 45, of Slater Avenue, Jewett City, was charged with fifth-degree larceny, state police said. A warrant had been issued for his arrest, according to law enforcement records.

MANSFIELD, CT - State police charged Timothy Daniels, 47, of 722 Main St., Willimantic, with first-degree criminal trespass, sixth-degree larceny and second-degree robbery at 5:01 p.m. State police said a warrant had been issued for his arrest stemming from an incident at the Big Y supermarket.
