Man Arrested Twice in 7 Hours in Vernon
A man had two domestic arrests in about 7 hours in Vernon.

VERNON, CT — A man arrested in a domestic dispute on this week was arrested a second time about seven hours later when he returned to the home he was told to stay away from.
At 4:43 p.m., officers responded to a North Park Street home after dispatchers heard threats being made toward a 911 caller and the phone being taken away, a report indicates.
Peter Rodriquez, 28, was charged with second-degree breach of peace and interfering, according to a report. He was told not to return to the home, police said.

At 11:07 p.m., police were called to the residence again for a visit by Rodriguez.
He was taken into custody again and charged with violating the conditions of his release and second-degree breach of peace, according to a report.
