VERNON, CT — A 30-year-old man has been charged with public indecency after police investigated complaints that someone exposed himself at a Dunkin' Donuts counter in Vernon on two consecutive days.

Staffers at the 444 Hartford Turnpike Dunkin' called police after the second flashing incident on Oct. 1. A staffer said she was working the counter and saw a man wearing a black North Face jacket and navy blue basketball shorts enter the business at 6:12 p.m. and immediately head to the rest room, according to an arrest warrant.

The man came out of the rest room and approached the counter and a staffer noticed his shorts were tucked under his genitals, according to a warrant.

The staffer told police she recognized him as the same person who did the same thing a day earlier, according to a warrant. The staffer managed to get a picture of the man's rear end and surveillance images captured his vehicle, a warrant states.

A surveillance image clearly showed the man's front end at the counter, according to a warrant.
