Man Charged After Vernon Public Urination Incident: Cops

A man was charged after a public urination incident outside a Vernon pizza place, police said.

VERNON, CT — A Bolton man is facing a criminal charge after a complaint that he was uninating outside a pizza restaurant in the Rockville section of Vernon.

The incident took place on Jan. 24. Police received a call about a man urinating in front of the Pizza Palace restaurant at 20 East Main Street.

The man was identified as 31-year-old Joseph Hoar of Bolton. He was charged with second-degree breach of peace and is due in Rockville Superior Court on Feb. 5, according to a report.
