The case centers around a 41-year-old Vernon resident who cannot drive and needs a walker to get around on foot, according to reports. Levesque had agreed to drive the man to the Union Street 7-Eleven in June, according to reports.
Once at the store, the man asked Levesque to retrieve his walker, but was told by Levesque that it was still at the man's house, according to reports. Levesque said he would go into the store and shop for the man and obtained his debit card and associated PIN number, according to reports.

After arriving back home, the man realized that Levesque still had his debit card, police said. He was then unable to draw money out of the debit card account after a social security payment because of insufficient funds, according to reports.
The missing funds were traced back to Levesque to the tune of $1,575, according to reports.
