Man Charged With Motor Vehicle Intimidation in Vernon
A man was charged with motor vehicle intimidation after a road rage incident in Vernon.

VERNON, CT — A Vernon man has been charged with a motor vehicle intimidation after a road rage incident, according to an arrest report.
Christopher Haynes, 47, of Vernon is due in court on July 5 after his arrest on a warrant June 22, police said.
The incident began with a motor vehicle dispute, after which Haynes allegedly followed another motorist, then blocked that motorist's vehicle with his, according to an arrest report. He is accused of exiting the vehicle and assaulting the other motorist, causing an minor injury, according to an arrest report.

He was charged with operating a motor vehicle to harass or intimidate, third-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace, according to an arrest report.
