Man Hurls 2-Week-Old Cup of Vomit During Vernon Domestic: Cops
A man and a woman are facing charges after a Vernon altercation.
VERNON, CT — A man is accused of hurling a two-week old cup of vomit at a woman during an altercation early Tuesday morning in Vernon.
The domestic incident involving a pair of 23-year-olds — Shawn Schillinger and Kelcey Dealba — broke out at 12:47 a.m. at 40 Thomas St., police said. Officers were told by a dispatcher that a man just "threw a cup a puke" at his girlfriend, according to a report.
When questioning the couple, officers were told that the vomit had been sitting around in the cup for about two weeks, according to a report. Schillinger had scratch marks on his stomach, according to a report.

Both were charged with second-degree breach of peace, according to a report. Dealba was also charged with third-degree assault, according to a report.
