Man Passes Out at Plaza, Gets Drug Charge: Cops

A mas was found passed out with drugs in the car at a local plaza, police said.

VERNON, CT —A Vernon man was charged with using drug paraphernalia after he was found passed out behind the wheel of his car in a busy shopping plaza at lunchtime, according to an arrest report.

Police found him in the Tri-City shopping plaza at 11:52 a.m. on Tuesday, according to an arrest report.

Ronald Glidden, 20, of Vernon, was arrested after police located drugs in the car, according to an arrest report.

He is due in court on Feb. 20, police said.
