Man Revived by Narcan at Vernon Burger King

The man was found barely breathing at a Vernon Burger King on Thursday.

VERNON, CT — A man who was found barely conscious in a fast food rest room was revived with Narcan by first-responders on Thursday, police said.

Staffers found the man at about 9 p.m. in the rest room at the Burker King near Vernon Circle, 304 Hartford Turnpike. His breathing was shallow and it seemed he had just used heroin, police said.

Drug paraphernalia was found next to him.

Both police at the scene and medical crews in an ambulance administered Narcan.

The man was then taken to an area hospital, police said.

Police said he is likely in his 20s and maybe even his 30s and is apparently homeless.

Business was not interrupted at Burger King, police said.
