New Class Elected to Rockville Athletic Hall of Fame

Seven outstanding athletes and a longtime coach have been elected to the Rockville High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

The third induction class will be honored Sunday, Sept. 13 at the high school. A reception will be held at 1 p.m. in the high school auditorium’s foyer, with official induction ceremonies scheduled from 2 to 3:30 p.m. in the auditorium.

Members of the Class of 2015 are Donald U. Beerworth, Amy K. Ferranti, James F. Hennessey, Stephen R. Mikulski, Charles E. Saimond, Dianne M. Schaefer Smith, Harold E. Wilde III and Lawrence R. Willette.
