Planning Begins For 2023 Vernon Fireworks Show

VERNON, CT — Vernon's annual fireworks show is scheduled for July 11 this year. The second week of the month is the new "permanent" week for July in the Sky.

Thus, the panning stages have begun for the 2023 edition.

The usual two venues will be featured — Henry Park and Downtown Rockville.

The rain date is July 12.

In downtown Rockville, the event committee has decided to limit the number of non-profit association booths for 2023 and is hoping to draw local small business and crafters to join in the fun.

Booth applications can be obtained through the Rockville Downtown Association.

The association is also looking for sponsors for the event.
