New Tire Business To Move Into Route 83 Building In Vernon

VERNON, CT — A new business is being planned for the 400 block of Talcottville Road in Vernon.

It's called A&N Auto and will specialize in new and used tires, according to a sign that popped up on the building this week and Vernon Economic Development Cordinator Shaun Gately.

A&N Auto is to occupy the site of the old Pirate Radio car audio business.

Gately said a formal opening has not been set because the business is in the final stages of securing all local permits.

Talcottville Road is the local name for that section of Route 83.
