Non-Guest With Protective Order Pulls Fire Alarm At Hotel In Vernon
An encounter featuring two people who were not supposed to see each other led to a pulled fire alarm at a hotel in Vernon, police said.
VERNON, CT — A man who wasn't even a guest at a hotel in Vernon pulled a fire alarm at the establishment and is now facing criminal charges as a result, police said.
The incident took place Friday at 3:02 a.m., police said.
The man was seeing a guest at the hotel and both had full non-contact court orders against each other, according to an arrest report. The encounter led to a fire alarm being activated, police said.
