Our VT Family is Growing, Again!!

Just a short month ago, I had the pleasure of introducing you all to the newest member of the VT’s family - Erin. Now, I have the great opportunity to do the same thing! 

Lilly, an Ellington resident, joins the VT ranks boasting her skills with the Monday and Saturday crew.  With a strong artistic and creative drive, she sees being a stylist as the perfect outlet for her.  

To give you a little feel of her style and interests, I have asked Lilly to introduce herself to everyone with a few short fun facts...relating to her professional aspirations and personal quirks!

What are your favorite services?  Styling... like glamorous up-dos for weddings, proms, etc, or just a great blow out. I love to see the final product. 

What do you consider to be your specialty, or signature service? Creative foiling, and color blocking. Peekaboo highlights and ombré. 

If you were to land on a deserted island (that happened to have power and all things fabulous) what one hair related item is in your bag?  A flat iron. I use it for so many things... Straightening, curls, shaping and smoothing the hair.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next 5 years professionally? I hope to keep myself fresh, excited, and up to date over the next 5 years by attending classes on the newest trends and techniques, and by pushing myself to get involved in the fashion industry doing hair and makeup. 

Outside of the Salon, 3 random facts about yourself! 
1) I have three beautiful daughters who recently convinced me to give them purple and blue ombre’s. (They look fab!)

2) I love cooking and eating exotic food. I will try anything once. If I can’t travel around the world, at least my taste buds can.

3) I dance and sing like a crazy person in my car, especially to my Michael Jackson Pandora station. Music just makes everything better.
