VERNON, CT — The town of Vernon has imposed a parking ban because of Tuesday's snowstorm.

The ban includes all public streets and went into effect at 8 a.m. Tuesday. It will run until 10 a.m. on Wednesday, police said.

Violators are subject to being ticketed and/or towed, police said.
