Police: Boy Hurt at Vernon Public Swimming Pool
He was taken to an area hospital, police said.
VERNON, CT - An 11-year-old boy suffered an apparent head injury while swimming in a popular public pool on Thursday, police said.
The accident took place at Henry Park at about 1:45 p.m., police said.
It could have been a case of one young person jumping in the pool and landing on another, police said.
