Police Obtain Arrest Warrants for Vernon Robbery Suspects
The man who allegedly committed Thursday's robbery and the woman who allegedly drove a getaway vehicle have been arrested in Massachusetts.

Vernon police detectives have secured an arrest warrant for Aric Hale, 31, of no certain address, in connection with the Sept. 10 robbery at the Nature’s Grocer Supermarket.
Hale was arrested during the early morning hours of Sept. 11 by Sturbridge, Mass. police on drug and motor vehicle charges that occurred in their jurisdiction.
Vernon police, working with Sturbridge police and West Hartford police, obtained information for an arrest warrant.

Hale will be presented today at the Dudley District Court in Massachusetts on a fugitive from justice charge.
Connecticut authorities are working to arrange for his extradition to face charges of first-degree robbery, conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and sixth-degree larceny.

Vernon detectives also obtained an arrest warrant for Alexis Grensavitch, 29, of 246 Pomogusett Rd., Rutland, Mass., for her alleged involvement in the robbery.
It is alleged that Grensavitch drove the vehicle Hale used in committing the crime. She was arrested on drug charges with Hale by Sturbridge police, and will also appear in Dudley District Court today as a fugitive from justice.
Arrangements will also be made for her extradition to Connecticut, where she will be charged with conspiracy to commit first-degree robbery and criminal liability for first-degree robbery.
