Vernon Police: Woman Steals Blind Man's Car

Vernon Police arrested Laura Michaud, 33, after she allegedly stole a car from a blind man.

About eight months ago Michaud signed the car and registered it in her name from a blind acquaintance, according to WTNH.

She is charge with third-degree larceny, second-degree false statement, second-degree forgery and motor vehicle certificate fraud.
