Popular South Windsor Banquet Hall Facing Liquor Sanctions
A popular South Windsor banquet facility, Maneeley's, with a regional customer base is facing liquor sanctions and a $5,000 fine.

SOUTH WINDSOR, CT — A popular South Windsor banquet hall with a customer base that spans the region is facing liquor license sanctions.
According to the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection Liquor Control Division, the liquor permit of Maneeley's banquet hall has been suspended from Feb. 10 through Feb. 14.
The establishment has also been fined $5,000, according to the posting. Manneley's is located 65 Rye St.

According to the posting, the suspension has been imposed for violations of the following statutes or regulations:
- CT GS 30-54 PERMIT TO BE HUNG IN PLAIN VIEW
- CT GS 30-93 REFILLING

Alcoholic liquors, except beer, cider, wine and cordials shall be purchased by the holders thereof in sealed bottles or containers and poured for sale and consumption from the original bottles or containers. No such bottle or container shall be refilled in whole or in part.
