Vernon officials are preparing residents for a month-long construction project on a busy road.
VERNON, CT — A road well-traveled in Vernon is scheduled for a major overhaul beginning next week.
Road work on Skinner Road is scheduled to start on Monday, Department of Public Works officials said.
