Protective Order Violations Lead to Charges in Vernon
Two residents of an apartment off Hartford Turnpike were arrested after a domestic incident on Sunday, according to an arrest report.

VERNON, CT – Two residents of an apartment off Hartford Turnpike were arrested after a domestic incident on Sunday, according to an arrest report.
The incident took place at 7:52 p.m. on Sunday and involved 37-year-old Juni Aspi and 36-year-old Darlene Frasca. They both have the same address of 1238 Hartford Turnpike but by being together, both were violating protective orders, according to an arrest report.
Aspi is accused of hitting and wrapping his arm around Frsca's neck in an effort to prevent her from leaving the premises, according to an arrest report. A third part was pushed after coming to the woman's aid, according to an arrest report.

He was charged with violating a protective order, disorderly conduct, third-degree assault and second-degree unlawful restraint. He was held overnight on a $50,000 bond while awaiting a Monday court appearance, police said.
Frasca was charged with 2 counts of violating a protective order, according to an arrest report. She was also due in court Monday, police said.
